Upon customer request, APEX engineers will help design a detailed application specification and submit a quotation for application development services. Application Consulting As part of the Technical Support agreement, APEX offers Application Consulting services. This service is provided as a first in, first out consultation service which answers customer questions relating to application development, specifications, and installations of APEX systems. Application Consulting serves as a reference service to assist customers with implementing speech or other APEX-based applications.
