According to your Statement of Work, you required 8 days to install, test and sign-off on this project. I am writing you to comment on both your field engineer and your installation process. Your field engineer arrived Friday afternoon and was at the site that evening starting on the installation. By the following Monday, she was done with the installation and was given the sign-off on Tuesday morning. Not only was your field engineer knowledgeable on the product and the installation process, but she was also finished in only 4 days, half the time expected.
