APEX Voice Communications’ Professional Services Organization offers application development services to customers with current Technical Support agreements. Upon customer request, APEX engineers will help design a detailed application specification and submit a quotation for application development services.
Application Consulting
As part of the Technical Support agreement, APEX offers Application Consulting services. This service is provided as a first in, first out consultation service which answers customer questions relating to application development, specifications, and installations of APEX systems. Application Consulting serves as a reference service to assist customers with implementing speech or other APEX-based applications. This service is provided to customers who have attended OmniVox® or OmniVox3D training.
