The OmniVox3D Overview course covers the architecture, components, applications, features, call-flow, and OAM&P of the OmniVox3D software.

 

Creating Applications with OmniView®

This course covers the basics of creating applications (call flows) with the OmniView, the award winning Service Creation Environment. It provides hands on experience on the process of creating and debugging applications as well as C Hook, Basic Macro, SQL/ODBC as well as Java Script development.

 

OmniVox3D Application Server Software OAM&P Basics

The OAM&P Basics course covers in detail the Operations, Administration, Maintenance and Provisioning aspects of the APEX MSP and OmniVox3D. It provides system administrators with the tools to deploy services as well as operating and administering the platform including an overview of how SNMP is used with the system.

 

OmniVox3D Application Server Configuration, Management & Troubleshooting

This course provides an overview of the platform configuration; instructions for starting servers, running applications through the system management console, and troubleshooting the system.

 

Working with Prompts on the OmniVox3D Application Server

The Working with Prompts course provides an overview of the OmniVox3D Application Server Software instructions for starting, configuring, and troubleshooting the Application Server as well as instructions for working with prompts on the system.

 

OmniVox3D Application Server Applications Configuration, Management and Troubleshooting

This course covers the configuration of the application environment and provides instructions for starting, managing and troubleshooting applications.

 

OmniVox3D Application Server Administration of Calling Services

The OmniVox3D Application Server Administration of Calling Services course provides instructions on configuring and managing calling services. It covers all tasks for which the platform owners and service providers are responsible, including monitoring applications, servers and running reports.
