Dairylea Cooperative is a multi faceted, agricultural service cooperatively owned by approximately 2800 northeast dairy farmers. Dairylea is currently using APEX's OmniVox system to allow the farmers to call in and receive their milk test results 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The few times (in 6 years) that we have had a problem I've found APEX's technical support to be very responsive. After emailing a request for technical support, I've always received a response within just a couple of hours. I had one issue that I needed help with but the California office wasn't open yet so I didn't expect help quickly, to my amazement I received support from the German office.
