1. Why is APEX launching this program?
1. The APEX Reseller Program is designed to differentiate our Members in the marketplace. It will provide end-user customers with a level of confidence knowing that you are an ARP Member.
2. It will enhance your competitive position and expertise in the marketplace.
3. Certification and training will enhance our Partners' technical expertise by explaining many of the elements and intricacies required to install and maintain an APEX Solution.
   
   
2. How do I join ARP?
1. Submit the ARP Agreement (Application).
2. Submit the Mutual Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreement.
3. Submit the ARP Information Sheet.

3. Where can I get these documents?
1. Documents 2.a and 2.b are in Appendix A and Appendix B, respectively.

4. If I do not want to become an ARP Member but I want to sell the product, is that OK?
1. Yes, but you will not be able to participate in the various programs and support vehicles mentioned above.
2. You will be able to purchase, but at a lower discount than ARP Members.
   
   
5. Are there any on-going requirements for me to maintain my ARP Member status?
1. Yes, each year you must have 2 members of your sales/technical team re-trained and re-certified.
2. Develop and provide feedback on leads provided to you by APEX.
   
   
6. Do I need to purchase anything to become an ARP Member?
1. Yes, you will need to make two purchases:
1. 4-session OmniVox3D/Intel HMP license for an in-house development platform.
2. Certification Training for 2 of your technical personnel (ATP Members require Advanced Certification Training).
