General Requirements

To become an ARP Member, applicants must belong to one of the following categories:

  • Voice/Media Technology Distributor
  • Systems Integrator
  • Data Value Added Reseller
  • Reseller of a competing product

ESR Requirements

  • To qualify to become an ARP ESR Member, applicants must:
    • Have an install base in the medium/large Enterprise market
    • Represent other Enterprise products
    • Possess in-house telephony expertise
    • Have OmniView development expertise

TSR Requirements

  • To qualify to become an ARP TSR Member, applicants must:
    • Have an install base in the telecom Service Provider local market
    • Represent other telecommunications products
    • Possess in-house telephony expertise

ATP Requirements

  • To qualify to become an ARP ATP Member, applicants must:
    • Have ESR or TSR Membership
    • Have developed interfaces from OmniVox3D to other products including:
      • TDM switches: PABXs, programmable switches, etc.
      • IP switches: gateways, gatekeepers or softswitches
      • CTI middleware
      • Host mainframes
      • Other technologies that add value to OmniVox3D
    • Have at least 3 reference installs for the ATP interface
    • Be able to provide support services for the ATP interface
    • Be available to travel for installation services
    • Provide support documentation for their interfaces
    • Provide a statement of work (SOW) for all installation and integration services provided through or to the ARP network.

ADP Requirements

  • To qualify to become an ARP ADP Member, applicants must:
    • Have OmniVox3D/OmniView application development experience
    • Have staff trained in OmniVox3D
    • Have at least 3 reference installs
    • Document all custom development work
