Membership Benefits
By becoming a Member and maintaining ARP Membership, your organization is automatically eligible to receive a wide range of benefits. These benefits are designed to provide ARP Members the tools they need to succeed in the reselling of APEX products and to help increase revenue stream.
- Member Discounts and Volume Purchase Agreements (VPA)
By becoming and maintaining an ESR or TSR membership in ARP, your organization is entitled to substantial discounts on select APEX products... up to 40% off list price! Additionally, the VPA pricing is a unique mechanism provided by APEX to allow successful ESRs and TSRs to receive further discounts, enabling you to offer better prices to your customers. APEX extends the VPA discount to Members based on the total purchases made within a twelve-month period.
- Success Story Press Coverage and Press Release Services
APEX's media relations department works closely with ARP Members to write success stories and press releases on Member deployments of APEX products. Once written, these documents are distributed to our vast network of industry press contacts in an effort to win media coverage for ARP Members. To participate in and qualify for in this service, ARP Members must complete and submit the Press Release & Success Story Request Form.
- Reference List – Telecom, Enterprise, Government
APEX has provided telecommunications solutions since 1989, with over 10,000 installations in over 90 countries worldwide. As an ARP Member, your organization will have access to our reference list, which enumerates important installs in various telecom, enterprise and governments markets. Members can utilize this valuable information to leverage APEX's direct and indirect customer base. As an ARP Member, you will also be required to include your APEX-based installs in the reference list.
- Project Management Services
APEX provides project management services to all ARP Members. Whenever APEX actively participates in installation, training and other related services, we will provide a Statement of Work (SOW), a project plan, pre-installation checklists and all other documentation necessary for the efficient management of both large and small projects.
- Application Catalog
ARP Members have access to the ARP Application Catalog, which lists Members' OmniVox3D-based applications and integrations with third-party products. This service allows ARP Members to resell other Members' applications and often reduces time to profit by minimizing application development times. Members who have developed applications can make them available to the entire worldwide ARP Network, thus leveraging their investment.
- Guest Articles in APEX Newsletter
APEX publishes a quarterly newsletter, which is distributed to customers, ARP Members and other industry contacts. APEX welcomes submissions by or about ARP Member organizations, which will be included whenever possible. - Technical Support Centers and Services
At APEX, we have technical support centers in Woodland Hills, California, USA and Munich, Germany, which provide round-the-clock support to clients in more than 90 countries. Additionally, we have support engineers in various other locations (i.e. Florida, USA, Mexico City, Mexico) to further assist the support centers. As an ARP Member with an annual technical support plan in place, you get priority support services, along with specialized support services such as signaling support, application/architecture consulting, off-hour and on-site support (additional fees may apply). For further detail, see the APEX Technical Support User's Guide.
- Lead Referral Program
In certain situations, the APEX sales team will have a request for which it will need to bring in a partner. ARP Members are recognized by the APEX sales team as recommended partners, and so will be considered first, based on areas of expertise.
- Joint Web Marketing Efforts
Our joint Web marketing program creates Web links between the APEX and ARP Members' websites. ARP Members submit a 100-word description of their company and services, which is posted on our website. ARP Members in-turn must include an APEX company description and link on their website.
- Joint Tradeshow Participation
For tradeshows in which APEX participates, partners may be invited to exhibit in our booth at reduced prices. APEX will oversee all logistics, allowing ARP Members to concentrate on selling their APEX-based solutions. ARP Members must, however, display APEX-based end user applications and supply their own marketing literature, which must be submitted in advance to APEX for approval.
- Seminar Participation
From time to time, APEX coordinates seminars for vertical markets. To gain exposure in these target markets, ARP Members may be asked to speak at these seminars.
- Sales Training Services
Our sales team has in-depth knowledge of APEX products and can provide training courses to ARP Members. The aim of these courses is to familiarize Members with our platforms in order to help them increase revenue sources.
