OmniVoXML Media Gateway

The OmniVoXML Media Gateway is a combined Media Gateway, VXML Gateway and Media Server component of the APEX Multi-Service Platform (APEX MSP). OmniVoXML is designed for deploying voice and speech-enabled applications in SIP, ISDN and SS7 Wire-line and Wireless networks.

OmniVoXML provides a strong, flexible and open platform for processing calls reliably for the OmniVox3D Application Server environment. The OmniVox3D Application Server provides a complete carrier class service execution engine. While OmniVoXML provides the Media, Voice, DTMF and Protocol support. OmniVoXML is built around web technologies making it a perfect fit for high traffic services.

OmniVoXML interacts directly with the signaling and media planes as well as speech server technologies including Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS) as well as FAX and Conferencing services.

OmniVoXML supports the following Protocols:

SIP, SIP Proxy Servers, SIP Registration & H.323 SS7, SS7 Loop-Back, SS7/IN T1, E1, ISDN, MFCR2, CAS and others
