2005 APEX TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE FOR LATIN
AMERICA TO BE HELD IN FT. LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA

WOODLAND HILLS, CA, July 27, 2005 – APEX Voice Communications, a leading supplier of enhanced multi-services platforms worldwide, today announced that its 2005 APEX Technology Conference (ATC) for Latin America will be held from August 22nd through 24th, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Resort at Sawgrass Mills, in Sunrise (Ft. Lauderdale), Florida.  The three-day event, which will be held in Spanish for current customers, will include APEX presentations on its Multi-Services Platform, its Service-Ready Solutions, and its Media Server Software, as well as presentations from APEX Value Added Resellers and Technology Partners.  Attendees will include wireline, wireless, local and long distance Service Providers/Carriers, as well as Enterprise customers, from over a dozen countries in Latin America.

The Technology Conference’s primary purpose will be to provide an overview of APEX’s current products and services, as well as a technology roadmap of future products.  Products which will be covered include the OmniVox® AES Media Server Software, the OmniView® Service Creation Environment/OAM&P and the APEX Multi-Services Platform, as well as Service Ready Solutions such the APEX Prepaid System and the APEX Messaging System.  The technology presentations will range from VXML, SIP/VoIP and SS7/AIN to Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) and other third-party integrations.

To facilitate those who are interested in learning more about OmniVox AES, the attendees may attend an OmniVox AES training class which will be held immediately after the Technology Conference.  Besides OmniVox AES, the 2 ½ day training class will also focus on Intel HMP and SpeechWorks ASR.
