Since 1989, APEX has established OEM agreements with leading Telecommunications Equipment Manufacturers (TEMs), including Avaya, Cisco, Coyote Technologies, Ericsson, Qualcomm, SDX and Summa Four, to develop or provide APEX software for their platforms. APEX implementation for OEMs includes:

• GUI based enhanced service creation environment
• OAM&P environments
• LDAP/IMAP based messaging applications
• RADIUS based real time billing
